Louie's Surgery
Pet's Best has done an outstanding job for us. Our 5 month old Basset Hound pup was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia and had surgery to repair both front elbows. The surgeries were expensive. Pet's Best expedited all of our claims and paid them accurately and fairly. We would recommend Pet's Best to anyone looking for an insurance provider that is easy to deal with, has a great website, and makes the claims process easy to understand and easy to work with. I hope we can continue with Pet's Best for many years to come.
Pets Best & 3 yo rescue mix Gracie
Our rescue dog started limping in March. We tried medication and rest, but it didn't help. We brought her to the orthopedic surgeon and they diagnosed a partial CCL tear. We got a second opinion and they came to the same diagnosis. We have surgery scheduled for January and our dog is on pain medication and anti-inflammatory medication and Pets Best been wonderful through the whole process. Claims are quickly reviewed and paid and when I went through the surgery quote with someone they told me what could be covered and what would not. I would definitely recommend Pets Best to others and have because horror stories about other providers. I'm so thankful I chose Pets Bests for our 2 dogs. They're like family "

"I have had Pets Best for 5 years and have never had to file a claim which is lucky! However, this past month my dog, Murphy has been very very sick and we don't know why. I have taken him to the vet and ER multiple times and been able to let them do whatever they can to help him without thinking about the cost because of Pets Best which is such a relief in such a high stress situation. I have recommended Pets Best to friends in the past but now I actually have the personal experience to say that this is by far the easiest insurance process I have used which includes my own health insurance. Denied an emergency vet visit because somehow a broken bone is a pre-existing condition? No recourse or re-review is possible until I go through my state's complaint process.

"My dog has a pretty severe reaction to the injectable version of the Bordatella shot and has to get a Benadryl before hand. I didn't know whether Pets Best would consider the Benadryl necessary and they did when the processed the claim!. I have referred many people because their processes and support are fast and friendly!

Pets Best stiffs you on claims but the first on line to collect their premiums. Nothing is a covered service. Absolutely the worst.
Jackson’s Emergency Pet Visit
I had to take our pug Jackson to the emergency vet late at night because he was coughing and gagging. We were worried that he had swallowed something that was blocking his airways. Fortunately, the X-rays showed that he didn't have any obstruction and gave him a cough suppressant. I submitted our claim to Pets Best that very night and they notified me the very next day of the benefits and coverage. I received the payment 6 days later. I am so relieved to have pet insurance from Pets Best as they are incredibly responsive and timely.
