every time I call and I seem to call often...I am met with a friendly voice who conveys a sense of empathy and understanding. If they are unsure of the answers to my questions, they ask to put me on hold and they always come back with a firm answer. I wish I could work for you taking calls!!!!!!

When my dog was a puppy my vet recommended Trupanion.
When my dog was a puppy my vet recommended Trupanion. So glad I took out the policy. Within three weeks she broke her leg and Trupanion helped me out tremendously. After that they paid on all the bills when she ate all kinds of weird stuff. We haven’t had to submit any more claims since that first year. I have kept the policy in effect to make sure we are covered. Every time I have called Trupanion the staff have been very supportive and friendly. And I continue to recommend Trupanion to my friends, especially ones with new pets.

Your staff has always been professinal and caring along with asking if there is anything else hey can do. When my dog is hurt or in pain the last thing I want to do is worry about cost. Trupanion is always there willing and able to help and prompt. I recommend you all the time. Thank you.

Call experience was fine but we have issues with relatively claim processing experience with Trupanion - missed invoices and slow processing - which is impacting our score.
Call experience was fine but we have issues with relatively claim processing experience with Trupanion - missed invoices and slow processing - which is impacting our score. We also have a continuing concern with Trupanions coverage limitations which exclude shipping expense and sales tax on prescriptions - not sure why tax and shipping is not covered as this is a directly related cost.

Easy claim process!
Been with several companies over time. These folks are the best to deal with! Went for wellness check and shots on Saturday. Uploaded receipt to the website when I got home and received a notice the claim had been processed and was being sent for payment on Sunday! Wow! I work in the pet industry and this is the best one I've found.

This is the easiest and best insurance we have ever had
Our Gracie had cancer and had a tumor removed in 2017. Our hearts were broken because we were worried we wouldn't be able to have her surgery, but Pets Best paid for almost all of the surgery and our Gracie is happy and healthy one year later.

This insurance has been a great investment
After a lot of research I purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my 2 dogs who were both healthy at the time although one had had acl surgery. After purchasing, one of my dogs was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and needs frequent visits to the vet. He also had to have a mass removed and surgery for tearing his other acl. All of this was covered and my reimbursement checks were sent promptly. I could not be happier with the great customer service and benefits! I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

I have always had excellent customer service Trupanion has excellent coverage & the claim processing timeframe is also excellent.
I have always had excellent customer service, Trupanion has excellent coverage & the claim processing timeframe is also excellent. I appreciate that deductibles for a specific diagnosis are not required to be paid yearly.
