My first time for pet insurance ever1
This was first time I ever had or used pet insurance, but glad I have it. Vet fees have gone through the roof and the process was so easy with the vet’s office at checkout contacting Trupanion directly and then just charging me the deductible and balance. No filing of forms on my end! That was the real win.

I have had MetLife pet insurance for 3 years
I have had MetLife pet insurance for three years for 1 dog and 2 cats and I have never been disappointed! Submitting claims is easy. Even if you do not have all the info, they will contact your vet and ask for all necessary paperwork. After all is approved they send the money right into your account.

I submitted a claim but they never paid…
I submitted a claim but they never paid me back. They renewed my plan without any message or email. Now I want to cancel and there’s no way to contact them.
