Not User Friendly
It’s a clunky and time - consuming process. I hate it and will not be using Pets Best again. Your claim numbers should reflect the claim amount. Your acknowledgment and follow up letters need more specificity.

My Vet’s office accepts Trupanion and…
My Vet’s office accepts Trupanion and that makes it so much easier. I don’t have to file any claims. It’s all done at the time of service by the Vet’s office. My local specialty Veterinary Hospital also accepts Trupanion. So very easy to work with. I highly recommend Trupanion!

Great service overall
Pets Best has paid their share ofmy shepherd's surgery and radiation bills without question, and filing claims is quite easy. The only problem is that it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone, constant busy signal for days (hire more people, please), but they do respond to emails within the time frame they indicate. Overall a top notch pet insurance company that everyone should consider.
