I am glad my cat has her ASPCA insurance
I am so grateful that ASPCA offers my cat insurance with a reasonable rate. It is the greatest help for my family (me and my cat) to get through the difficult time when my cat suddenly got very sick. I was wondering how the reimbursement process goes when the first time I had to apply for a claim at ASPCA. The website is very helpful that explains every step to get an application to go through and the better thing is that there is a confirmation email to follow up every progress that makes me confident along with the claim procedure. Later I found out an even easier way to do the reimbursement that I can just post the claim request on the website and don't need to print any forms to fill out. It is easy and fast for me to get the reimbursement in a week. Therefore, it is a great help financially to make sure I have enough cash flow to deal with my cat's medicine bills. Luckily, my cat is getting better now. The vet says she is a new cat every time when I take her to recheck. I can't imagine how I can support my cat if I don't have ASPCA for her or if I couldn't get reimbursement on time... Now I tell all my friends to get ASPCA pet insurance. I am sure they appreciate it as I do!

Embrace is a pleasure to work with.
Buddy was a rescue and tested positive for heart worms. Embrace made the insurance portion of his recovery an easy process. Their website is easily navigated and if you have a question someone will answer your e-mail or phone call in a timely manner.

Worth the money, quick to reimburse
Every time I have called to ask a question, the staff have been amazing. No long wait times to speak to a human. No excessive hoops to jump through to talk to someone. This is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Especially for a senior animal or very young animal. The only thing that would make this better (and I know it would be almost impossible to do) would be that you dont' have to pay it all up front and then get reimbursed. That's hard and vets are not as willing to give out prompt estimates of cost.

Best Decision Ever!
We had been reviewing the many options for pet insurance when ASPCA was recommended by a co-worker. The endorsement was so enthusiastic that I signed Jed up that afternoon. We have had a handful of claims, all of which were resolved quickly through a very simple electronic process. A few weeks after each claim a representative checked in to see how Jed was doing and whether or not his humans had any questions. I truly feel that our family, along with ASPCA and our Vet make a super team to ensure that Jed lives a long happy, healthy life. I recommend ASPCA pet insurance whole-heartedly! (I wish I had known about this website when mulling over our insurance options but know that we made the right decision in going with ASPCA.

Nationwide has been fantastic to work with. I have used the policy several times now. My pet required some additional medical treatment and they have been great. No problems, quick response. They will email you with updates in the claim process. Highly recommend!

Shouldn't have a pet without it!
