Amazing company, amazing Plans , such informed customer service not only on their plans, but competitors plans as well. That helps people make the best buying decision. This is my second dog on this plan and I have nothing but a positive experience to report. They do a great job reporting and monitoring. I appreciate this service so I can afford to give our dog the Best possible life.

Fast and easy claim settlement.
We've had this pet insurance for years and never had to use it until now. Our dog Deacon had a fatty mass in the arm pit area that was growing quite large. The vet recommended we have it removed because of the location of the mass. The vet submitted all the estimates and Embrace got back to us immediately and covered just about everything. After the test, blood work and procedure we received reimbursement from Embrace very quickly. Very happy. Very impressed.

Trupanion is the best investment I have ever made. They cover what they say they will, and they review and complete claims quickly. I have two dogs, both with their share of health issues over the years. I had a problem w 2 representives back in feb when i was trying to change my payment method n save my insurance.
I had a problem w 2 representives back in feb when i was trying to change my payment method n save my insurance. They both acted really stupid n said "do u want to cancel ur insurance?" I was really pissed off at their in competance. If my cats were injured under this in competance--trupanion wouldnt do nothing in an emergency. I pay alot of money for competence from u n i expect it. U had better retrain some of ur employess cause id better never have this problem w not just one but two of ur representives. This happened in feb.

This was an unplanned surgery for my dog that had a cyst on her head. It was recommended that we were move it and the cost was very endearing. I was not sure how I was going to pay for this, but the submission process went well and the payment reimbursement came to me easily and within a fast time frame. very pleased with this service
