Trupanion is great about giving thorough explanations about why or why not the submitted claims are covered; they respond immediately to a submitted claim; and they show genuine interest in our baby... You can’t get any better than that!!!

Awesome Customer Service
Our six-year old Tibetan Terrier was attacked by coyotes and suffered numerous puncture wounds, scrapes and cuts, particularly around his throat and lower abdomen. One of the vets who stitched him up said that he had never seen an animal with more wounds. The repairs and care were really good but expensive. Embrace promptly reviewed our claim and approved it. The turnaround time was less than two days. Outstanding service that is much appreciated. Thank you!

Thank goodness for Embrace
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for my boy for the past 6 years. At one point I considered dropping the insurance because I was paying the premium but never used it. Well, let me just say I am so very thankful I didn't. Last year my boy became very sick and Embrace was with us 110%. They quickly provided pre-approval for costly testing, covered his expenses, and stayed in contact with me to see how he was doing. No better pet insurance out there!

Would be a 10 out of 10 if when recommended to my mom the policy is not the same
First things first: For me and my pup they have been amazing! Everyone I ran into (live in a very friendly dog community/island) I recommended Nationwide pet insurance. It is easy with the app to submit claims. Very friendly when I needed to call. Only reason why I am giving them a 9 is because I did recommend to my mom in Pennsylvania and she told me that her policy does not cover spade and a few other things that mine did. She is going to probably drop them and get something the vet offers. She has the pet plus policy. Wish it would have worked out as well for her as me. Now I am not sure to recommend. I will still explain my great experience but will say to read the policy in full detail. Thank you Nationwide for helping me keep my puppy healthy. She is my family <3
