Worth Every Penny!
We got the Whole Pet & Wellness policy for our Saint Bernard when he was 4.5 years old, as a precaution, hoping we wouldn't need it. Then, 6 months later, he tore his cruciate ligament and had to have TPLO surgery at CSU. Concerned that his policy wouldn't cover it since we hadn't had it a full year, I called Nationwide and their friendly customer service representative explained that because we had gotten the top policy, there was no waiting period - phew. I was impressed with their speed of payment on the claim. Then, fast forward another few months, and he tore his meniscus....again, super speedy payment on the claim, excellent customer service, and we continue to be loyal, happy customers. Thanks for providing this service!

Glad Embrace was there when we needed it
Pet insurance is something you need, but never want to use. Embrace was prompt at playing our claims for Matty's issues with her ACL prior too and through the surgery. Staff is always responsive to questions. My only wish is that they would obtain a complete health history when they issue the policy. We purchased our first policy when she was about 2 months old, but they need a complete history prior to our insuring her with them. She is now 5 years. I was a little concerned about getting this information from the vet since we no longer when to the same practice. It would be much easier to get that history when they issued the policy.

Our first dog Cali was killed by our neighbors dogs in our backyard. They broke down our shared fence, killed her, then came in our house via our doggie door and attacked her son Raider. He survived, but it's been a long road. We got Coco for companionship. Though the loss of Cali still weighs heavy on us all, Coco has been a breath of fresh air. She was born with excess skin around her vulva that we hoped she would grow out of. Needless to say, she didn't and she had constant UTI'S & vaginitis. Thanks to Nationwide pet insurance, we were able to get the newest member of our family her surgery and she has been problem free ever since. One less worry is HUGE in our lives!! Thank you!!!!

ASPCA Pet Insurance is Excellent!
As my Humphrey ages, a variety of health issues are now an issue. He's currently on three separate medications to manage his thyroid function and resulting skin problems. ASPCA enables me to provide my fur baby with excellent on-going care. I am extremely happy knowing that I can rely on ASPCA Pet Insurance as my pet ages.

Best decision we made as pet owners
Healthypaws has been one of the best decisions we've made when it comes to being a pet owner. It's incredibly easy to file a claim using their app and the reimbursement comes quickly. There's always plenty of communication at every step of the way which makes it feel super accessible (especially in comparison to dealing with human medical insurance companies). The best part about having Healthypaws as our insurance is that it's eliminated the financial worry that used to occur when something went wrong with our dog.
