The best. Allowed me to care for my beautiful girl and never worry about the cost!
We are currently awaiting a diagnosis for our beautiful little girl after a four day ICU stay. Not only have the staff at Healthy Paws been there to answer questions anytime we needed but they actually reached out to us just to find out how we were doing and inquiring how Baby Girl was ! So kind and caring and have paid out promptly allowing us the peace of mind to continue caring and seeking the medical attention that Baby Girl needs!

Turn around time is good
I feel Trupanion's turn around time for claims is very good. I was happy with the process, but felt that one of the items which was disallowed was due to the dogs pain and part of the treatment plan. Also feel that the office visit cost for a accident/injury should not be considered a regular visit, but again a part of the incident. My dog had just gone to the vet for her annual check within three weeks prior and this cost was solely due to her injury.
