Great service!
Have had my dog insured with Trupanion for 7 years and been very pleased with the coverage and the claims process. Very easy to file claim and have been reimbursed fairly and promptly each time. Highly recommend Trupanion!

Thank you Pets Best is always quick to help with medical issues. They are timely with their response and/or communication if they need more information about the claim. I am alway happy to receive reimbursement within a 2 week period.

They just interested in your $$$ not u pet. Bogus excuses not to pay claims (preexisting when they not) just so they don’t pay
Several claims (4) issued, all denied with excuse that they were pre-existing (acid reflux) were reason for pneumonia 4 months later on one of his lungs and 3 weeks later developed pneumonia on the other lung, nothing related to his GI issues when he was 3 months. Never saw a dime $$$ regardless of several calls and second review which further acknowledges the diagnoses. It’s like saying pregnancy is a preexisting condition since u have an uterus and eggs. All they care about is taking u money and making processes while u waiting for process you keep paying ( 1st claim, declined, appeal, review, declined, 2 nd claim declined, appeal, review, declined.....= $$$$$$$$$$$ from you and all you get is DECLINED!!!!! Worst company ever, they don’t care about you or your pets, just your money.

If it weren’t for Pets Best my dog would not be alive today!
If it weren’t for Pets Best my dog would not be alive today. My 8 y/o Boston Terrier was diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer. I would not have been able to afford his care if I did not have Pets Best insurance. After the duductible was paid, each visit and chemo treatment was covered at 90%. The reimbursement took on average 5 days, at the most 7 days. The customer service team at Pets Best is fantastic! They are always able to answer all my questions, and exude empathy every time.

Best Decision!
Never had obtained pet insurance before now. I adopted a shelter pup last year and decided not knowing his past medical history, it would be best to purchase insurance. A friend and the shelter recommended Nationwide. Very easy claim processing and great customer care.

My Bulldog’s first 18 months were tough and I would have had to give her up if I hadn’t signed up with Nationwide. They’ve been right there through it all, verifying claims, and then paying. Much better than human insurance thank goodness.

You said rates will remain the same. Why don't you tell the truth? Like the rest of us do. My doctors rates have gone up $10.00 in the past ten years, why do you increase my rate $100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bunch of baloney. Finally you people have decided to pay for my dogs furuncle medicine (not for the doctors treatment of it.) We'll see if you keep up this disbursement or find another excuse to not pay. You couldn't pay for my dogs fractured tooth, DENY. All the money I've invested in your "insurance" has only rendered me unable to find proper insurance for my dog. I am a dog walker and will never recommend your insurance, I will be sure to inform people just how you don't pay out. What was the problem with her fractured tooth bloodwork, surgery etc? This has nothing to do with insurance, it's a payment plan in your favor. Your people told me once to investigate what the doctor wrote in his notes. isn't that your job? Call the vet yourself. Alexis B. said on November 22/2018 that she would reach out to me after she followed up with the claims team November 23. Wow, that was a good follow-up.............. I Got Nothing for this follow-up. Joanne Lujan, one very unhappy customer.
