I Wish My People Insurance Was as Good as FIGO!
I am so happy that I signed up for FIGO Pet Insurance. Document retrieval is a breeze. Claims handing is a breeze. The customer service folks are not only polite but great in their follow-thru. FIGO Pet Insurance has removed a lot of the financial stress of owning a beloved pet with a medical condition.

Useful insurance. Easy to enroll and claim.
Premium was reasonable and it was easy to sign up. Our cat, Chubbs had a small accident when he leapt off a ladder and ladder fell and hit his leg. He was limping a little and we brought him to the pet hospital immediately and we had no worries about what can be covered etc because we knew Nationwide will cover most of it. The claim process was simple and quick. This is also one of the few pet insurance to do wellness claims as well.

Extremely easy process.
The nationwide staff was extremely friendly and helpful letting me know in advance what was covered for my dogs procedure. The only claim filing was extremely easy and the return was fast. I would highly recommend them.

Exceeded my expectations
Our dog has been very healthy even though he is a senior. Then out of the blue, he tore his cruciate ligament in a hind leg. We were sad for him and worried about his quality of life. Despite the injury, he was good otherwise. It was hard to watch him hobble around and our vet said he’d get worse with out a procedure to repair his leg joint issue. The procedure cost mid-four figures, so very expensive for us. Luckily we had pet insurance. We were reimbursed 90% of his cost minus the deductible. There was never a dispute and the online filing was not too complicated. It is nice to find insurance that provides as promised in the marketing material. Our dog is on the mend and we are thankful.

Good easy insurance
I've submitted multiple claims with embrace since my dog was a baby and they have accepted all but her most recent one. The most recent one was infuriating but they walked me through how to get a letter of appeal from my vet and my appeal was just accepted and paid out! Very happy with this insurance and it has already paid itself off by a lot since I guess my dog is a weak little thing. You do have to pay upfront and then get reimbursed which could make large claims difficult but I think that's common with pet insurance and I can borrow money from my family if it's an emergency. Claims are submitted online which is very fast and easy and customer service is great.
