No Problems at all! Quite satisfied!
My claim was processed in no time at all. My expectations were met with great satisfaction. I did have some difficulty after downloading the claim form. Couldn't get it to save & then attached top email. Probably my lack of knowledge. But I printed it out, took a pic of it & sent a copy to the company. It was accepted without any issues.

Best customer service around!
We have been on a roll with our dogs health since Christmas Eve. We have submitted multiple claims totaling close to $7,000 and you have been amazing. The turn around time has been like none other.
