I made the decision to get Lana…
I made the decision to get Lana insurance at a very young age so that if/when difficult situations arose I could act without hesitation . She is now 11 years old and has more frequent medical needs. I am so happy that Lana has Trupanion to assist with her medical bills . Claims process is exceptionally fast and I knew my coverages and financial obligations up front . Best pet insurance!
Overall pumpkin is the best! I've never had issues when it comes to submitting claims & receiving payment after reaching my pets' deductibles. Monthly payments for each pet I think is reasonable. Customer service is always helpful and willing to tackle the issues I have! I always recommend to my other dog parents to use pumpkin :)

Great insurance
I recently had to file 2 claims in one month for my rescue dog. I was so pleased with the ease of filing the claim and how quickly the refund was deposited into my bank account. It made a stressful situation so much more bearable to not have to worry about the funds paid out for her care. Great insurance!
