Worst claim assistance ever
Easy to file a claim, but easier for them to deny the claim. Simply ridiculous how because an emergency vet didn't respond to petsbest email attempts the canceled and denied my claim. They never called the vet, but they expected me to do all their work after they tried. What am I paying you for? Adios and good riddance to scammy non helpful pet insurance companies.

Fast easy to file a claim. Got every penny of my claim. Loved how easy it was. Make me egar to take my baby to the vet. Never had pet insurance before I would recomend everyone to get insurance on there pet , you want mind taking the pets for there check ups. Thanks again for a fast great easy claim service process.
