Trupanion does not care about your pet
Trupanion does not care about your pet. They are another despicable insurance company in it for the money and they will do the most to avoid paying out a claim. They are inconsistent, consistently drop the ball, change their language conflicting against policies and will do what they can to cheat you out of paying. The premiums are outrageous and it's probably better to just save the cash in a high yield savings account. They do not show integrity in how they operate and have been a COMPLETE disappointment. Stay away and find another company or better yet save the cash yourself. It's rarely worth. And don't believe their saying "deductible paid once per condition, for the lifetime of your pet" because it is COMPLETELY untrue. Read the fine print and even then, you'll revel in the confusion of their contradictions. And I’m sure this company will respond with this review with some fake concern not to be confused with sincerity. They have none, I’ve tried talking to them and every time it’s some new person who knows nothing of my pet or my experience. They’re inconsistent between reps and will even just not respond all together. Avoid at all costs. Shame on you.

Horrible insurance
Horrible insurance. Unorganized claims department. Will deny your claims despite it being a NEW issue. Made my vet send records multiple times just to deny. Customer service is also not to par. Trupanion is a MUCH better provider and worth the price because they ACTUALLY cover your claims.

Terrible service
Terrible service, buyer beware. After having an accident my insurance adjuster disappeared and could never be reached again. Countless phone calls and emails had to take place, speaking to no less than 5 different people, it has been a month and the minor damage on my vehicle has not been repaired. When you ask for support no one will give it to you. They also tried to force me to void my warranty on my new vehicle in order for the repairs to be completed, this company cannot be trusted.
