New policy for Bella
Josh Sabado was the rep that was helping me set up an insurance policy for my dog. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and answer any/all questions. Josh even follow-up with me in setting up the policy knowing I have a tight deadline before Bella's current policy expires.

Was prompt with processing claims. App is user friendly. Only issue I noticed was limited file size upload capabilities, which makes it tricky to upload all required documents.

Trupanion is a must
Trupanion has been an absolute lifesaver. We have had coverage for our dog with them for over 8 years now and their claim and support service has always been professional, quick, and fair. We are going through our 4th surgery with him at this point, and without having Trupanion I don't know what we would have done.

Pet's Best has performed as advertised
Pet's Best has performed as advertised. They have paid all applicable claims. They communicate timely. You must be able to provide specific information for the claim. I am unable to upload claim information to their website, but they have a workaround with email. It just takes longer. The cost is appropriate.

Fast Claim Review and Reimbursement
After I submitted my claim it only took a day for them to review it and reimburse me. Absolutely fast, amazing service. My old pet insurance took WEEKS to review and pay. Thanks MetLife!
