Pets Best is Amazing
Pets Best has been absolutely wonderful to work with, my pit bull mix has had several issues over the last year and they process claims with lightning speed. She recently had to have TPLO surgery, without Pets Best I wouldn’t have been able to afford it. I am extremely grateful and would 1000% recommend Pets Best and have recommended then to every one I know!
The response time was quick!
The response time was quick. They paid the last bill for Penelope within a day. Every time I’ve had to file a claim, it was paid in a timely manner. This last claim unfortunately was the last for my furbaby, they were responsive and sensitive. I would recommend Pumpkin!

Having our dogs insured with you…
Having our dogs insured with you reduces the stress of going through emergency surgery like this. Our Flynn tore the tendon in his knee. He was in a lot of pain and could not put any weight on that leg. We were quoted over 4,000.00 for the surgery. Knowing we have this coverage makes it easy to make what otherwise could have been a very stressful decision. We got our 80 percent reinvestment within the same week of turning in the claim. That is also an amazing relief. Your team is wonderful to work with and your web sight makes it easy for us to see the progress of the claim and breakdown of the claim. We have been insured by healthy paws for over 5 years. We recommend you to all of our friends.

All I can say is Thank you
All I can say is Thank you! My pup had to have emergency surgery and the numbers on that bill were not pretty. Knowing that I had pet insurance was reassuring that I didn't have to choose between a financial hardship, and saving my friend. This was the first time using the insurance so I could only pray it went smoothly. To my suprise the claim process was so simple and easy and they reimbursed me within a few days. Thank you Spot Pet!
