I have had completely positive experiences with ASPCA both with the comprehensive coverage I have been receiving and also with my experiences with customer support. Betsy a customer service representative has been a great support to me on several occasions. As well as all customer service representative have been to this point quite supportive, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. My dog unfortunately has chronic conditions and without ASPCA Pet Insurance I would never be able to give him the proper care he needs. I am so satisfied with my decision to choose ASPCA after hours of researching other companies. I have also recommended ASPCA to family and friends who have chosen ASPCA. I hope the great service continues.

First Time Pet Insurance Purchaser
I have never used pet insurance before, partly because I thought it was not a good value... MetLife offers great options for those looking to insure our four legged family members! Reasonable coverage at affordable prices, considering what Vet's charge in todays market "out of pocket". I will leave an update once I've used the service and file my claim, but do yourself a favor- give it a look... you will be surprised!

The best pet insurance company hands down
The experience of my wife and I has been very favorable. Spot Pet Insurance replies very quickly to emailed claims. They honor the contract and submit reimbursement of 90% of the vet costs after the yearly $100 deductible amount is withdrawn. Their website is very easy to navigate. Our premium amount is very reasonable too. I really like how the reimbursement can be done by direct deposit. I highly recommend this company to others.
