Miniature poodle, pet insurance not breaking my wallet
Signing my 8year old miniature poodle pet insurance through met life. Was easy and self explanatory. Now I have more easy for any future vet visit needed without breaking my wallet.

Easy and
Easy and Affordable Daniel was a pleasure to talk to. Every little bit of insurance helps. Vets can be pricey. Although there's a deductible of $250 and 80% is covered, it's much better than paying a whole vet bill! I also paid my one time payment for the year, but they offer monthly payments.

Friedly and very helpful staff. Without Embrace many couldn’t afford to have a pet animal. So, thank you for your being there for us and our beloved pets.

Buddy Re-Insured again 🐕😁
We are extremely satisfied with our insurance we had on 2 Lab-Retrievers. HOWEVER, sometime over past year, we lost coverage on Buddy, just re-insured. WE believed we usually pay by AUTO-DEDUCT. Then Nationwide dropped his coverage without us knowing. We even submitted 2 0r 3 visits for re-imburse. We did not know he was dropped! Until about 6 months afterwards. We wee extremely distraught after Buddy lost his coverage. But now things are looking a little better since he will be covered if any UNPLANNED emergency happens to our little Buddy 🐕😁. So for now, we are cautiously optomistic, Thank You all!!!

I was so grateful I bought Trupanion…
I was so grateful I bought Trupanion pet insurance when Tux was 8 weeks. He’s a Great Dane puppy that eats everything. He ate two paint rags and had to have emergency surgery! They removed the rags and tacked his stomach. Truepanion made the process much less stressful. It would have cost us over 6,000.00. We paid 1,600.00. So worth it!! I recommend them to everyone I talk to! Colleen Gonzalez

This company would have gotten a 4-star…
This company would have gotten a 4-star rating from me. They have covered most items and are prompt at refunding covered costs. However, I have had to bend over backwards to get them to cover several claims for a condition my dog has had for a while (example: if the vet writes "arthritis" instead of "osteoarthritis", you have to fight tooth and nail). In any case, it is a reassurance to have insurance and they do end up paying. That being said, they are constantly raising rates!!! We will continue with our dogs now that they have been on it for years, but when they pass and we get other dogs, we will likely explore options.

Constipation, enemas, possible megacolon
My claims were reviewed for my 3 year old cat's costly urgent care vet visits and reimbursed within 2 weeks of submitting our claims. I'm so happy to be able to pursue diagnostics and treatment that I might not otherwise be able to. My cats are like my children and without fetch I would either have had to pick and choose between treatments and diagnostics. Instead we were able to perform all recommended tests and I was reimbursed for a little more than $1,000 (minus the $250 deductible).

Timely and slow
Very slow claim process and had to do all the work for the insurance company. My time is precious, why am i doing your work? I should have to call doctors. Cost friendly compared to other companies, however, other companies pay 100% of everything. Just got my claim today, two months later. Wasnt the greatest experience.
