HIDDEN TERMS BEWARE
Healthy Paws denied claims over 90 days. They say it's posted but it must be hidden because we can't locate it. I was being treated for medical disability(cancer) causing late submission. Extremely disappointed, had three dogs covered-I will not have a fourth. Beware !

Impressive Claim Response
I had the Veterinary staff file a claim for the care provided to my pet by the veterinarian. Trupanion received the information, reviewed the diagnosis and treatment, and approved the claim. "This is the 5th kitty that I have insured with PB. This is the first kitty that became critically ill. I cannot imagine NOT being insured. I never wanted to face not being able to care for my pet because I could not afford it. For each kitty, I was able to customize my policy and had excellent customer service help along the way. My claims were easy to file and were settled in a reasonable amount of time. This Kitty will be going to the Bridge soon, but I can keep her well cared for without worry of cost - Thank you PB!"
