Priceless Peace of Mind
The people at Embrace are easy to deal with and customer service is always great. The policies are very adaptable and response time is quick. I had a serious issue with reimbursement but they fixed the problem instantly and made sure I got the correct solution. The animal hospital was thrilled when they found out we had Trupanion. They made a tough situation very easy to navigate and it required no work on our end. It allowed us to focus on our cat’s recovery and not worry about the billing/costs. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

I have had Healthy Paws insurance for 5 years and never had to file a claim. My dog injured himself and needed TPLO surgery. I have filed claims using their app which is easy to navigate. I am impressed by how quickly they are processed. I submitted the claim for Colt's surgery the day of the procedure. The claim was approved the next day and the funds were deposited in my checking account.
