Minor Issues, but All Good
We switched our Pet Insurance because the monthly premium is much more affordable than the previous one which we like because we have three rescue dogs and they're all seniors. Only one thing it bothered was they have made mistakes twice already about our claims. One was they sent us a totally wrong person's claim review and the other was calculation of reimbursement was wrong , so we had to ask to fix. A few issues, but was fixed immediately and we are happy with Metlife.

Relatively easy to file claims
Relatively easy to file claims. Trupanion is so timely responding to and paying for claims. I really wish that my vet could file the claims at the office though. I would not have another dog without having trupanion insurance!

The pre treatment estimate process was quick, easy and reassuring. It calmed me to know his treatment plan was approved and would be covered before he had it. The customer service and claims process was quick and I really appreciate that.
