Like everyone else who gets pet insurance , we hope we never have to use it . Unfortunately, our puppy needed surgery in his first year of life . Embrace coverage was as advertised ! No surprises and extremely responsive ... Very pleased and we would highly recommend Embrace to everyone .

My dog needed TPLO surgery on his leg.
I was so sad when I found out my dog needed surgery. Anytime the word surgery comes up I think of several things. The first thing is that my dog will be under anesthesia and in pain .I feel bad that my dog will be in pain.Anesthesia is always scary! Surgery usually turns out to be very expensive. I'm very glad I made the decision to purchase pet insurance from Nationwide. Having dog insurance has enabled me to give my dog the best care. Each time I have sent a claim to Nationwide they reimburse me very quickly ! After the surgery I received a huge bill. I was reimburse about two weeks later maybe earlier. I'm grateful to Nationwide for their great customer service and easy reimbursement . Wish human insurance was thus easy. Lol I recommend Nationwide pet insurance to all my friends . Fast and easy claim settlement.
We've had this pet insurance for years and never had to use it until now. Our dog Deacon had a fatty mass in the arm pit area that was growing quite large. The vet recommended we have it removed because of the location of the mass. The vet submitted all the estimates and Embrace got back to us immediately and covered just about everything. After the test, blood work and procedure we received reimbursement from Embrace very quickly. Very happy. Very impressed.
