Speedy claims turn around!
I have had claims turned in from my vets office, specialty vet, and an ER visit. Embrace kept me posted as to the status of each claim via email. All were handled within a week of each visit and payment into my checking the next business day. Wow! Thank you!!

Embrace makes it easy
This is the second claim I have made to Embrace. Walter needed a TPLO in 2015 and again on the other leg this month. Embrace makes the claim process so easy during a stressful time. I recommend Embrace to all of my friends and co-workers. Embrace has made Walter's life better!!!

You NEED this insurance for your puppy/dog
We were recommended this insurance by our puppies breeder. We are so glad we got it. We added the “wellness” coverage and since you need to take puppies so often to the vet in the beginning months for numerous wellness visits and vaccines, it has been so financially helpful. It even covers amounts towards heart worm and flea/tick preventative. We have peace of mind knowing we will not ever have to decline getting our puppy the treatment she could possibly need some day since we have this insurance. Claims are processed very quickly and you are always given an explanation of benefits including explanations etc. The reimbursements are even direct deposited into our checking account. So far the service has been excellent. We are so glad to have this insurance for our furbaby.

Always TOTALLY satisfied!
I have 3 large dogs. One has had a ton of medical issues, and Im always at such peace knowing I wont go broke, because Embrace is covering 80% of the issues. But 2 weeks ago my 8 yr old girl had an emergent anaphylaxic reaction that was an incredible emergency. It took them over 2 hours to stabilize her & we were VERY close to losing her. At NO point did i ever have to even consider even asking the cost to continue life saving measures ... because I knew that I had pet insurance. I think people are CRAZY not to have insurance. Embrace has given me huge peace of mind. And my girl is healthy & back to normal! THANK YOU!

I was worried after reading reviews but pleasantly surprised
Easy claim submission using app. Paid 90% of claim (after deductible) as advertised. Took approximately 3 weeks to get reimbursed which is stated on their website. Direct deposit into my checking account was convenient. I have read horrible reviews and was worried there would be an issue but so far so good. Only criticism thus far would be that it would be nice for claims (especially mine which was > 3K) to be paid more quickly...

Satisfied with Claims approval so far...
Adopted my puppy last February at just under a year old as a rescue from the Texas hurricane last summer. Heartworm testing was negative when I got her, but turned positive soon afterwards in spite of HeartGuard. The vet thought she could have been infected in Texas but with a longer than usual time for antigen positivity to develop. Anyway, the treatment takes months and isn't cheap so I was happy that the portions of my vet bills treating this disease are being applied to my deductible. It took a little time as the vet didn't write Heartworm Disease on the claims form but everything turned out OK in the end and the Embrace staff were very kind and helpful.

The best pet insurance plan out there!
We tried another popular insurance plan but Nationwide has the best rates and coverage. Never a problem with our claims and they have been very responsive to any issues that popped up. Just signed up our new puppy so he'll be covered in the future, too!
