Excellent service and have had no issues so far.
Unfortunately Mia, who was otherwise healthy until recently, experienced an upper respiratory infection and separately needed 2 teeth extracted. This was the first time I had used the insurance and was pleased with the response and follow up of the claim.

Terrible customer service
I requested my pet insurance be effective for the adoption date of July 11. As of July 17 I am still waiting for my binder letter despite many emails and phone calls. I submitted all veterinary records in existence a month or more prior to the effective date. They say I have insurance but I have no idea what the perimeters of that insurance are until I get my binder letter. I am beginning to feel scammed by this company. Is this how they deal with claims? Avoid this company.

Claims are paid quickly
I could not afford to provide the care that Dodger needed without Trupanion. The claims are paid quickly, and I am always surprized by how much that is covered. Everyone that I speak to is kind and caring.

Everyone at ASPCA is always so friendly and caring. I appreciate their patience when I have questions. Also, when We lost our big boy Dozer we received a condolences card so touching. Really appreciate the personal care that is shown, plus the phone call/checkups on occasions.
