Nationwide Pet Insurance is one the best things I did for my pet and me. Their claim process is efficient and has a fairly quick turnaround time. Excellent customer service, fast reimbursements, however premiums are getting too expensive. I had to use a different company for the same level of coverage for my new puppy.

The communication with trupanion was exceptional. It is obvious customer service is a priority. This was an extremely stressful event as our dog was injured when we were out of the country. Therefore, having a partner like trupanion really helped us manage this challenging time with greater ease.
