Working with Pets Best is so easy. Claims are processed quickly and accurately, and their customer service is always so helpful. I have been a client for over 5 years (simce my dog was 8 weeks old), and I recommend them to every pet owner I know.

Spot Pet Insurance genuinely cares for your pets health and wellbeing. My 18 month old mini-schnuazer suddenly passed away about 17 months ago with no warning. Spot reached out to me with an email, phone call, and card expressing their condolences. They approved my claims with no questions asked and I had a check within three weeks. My current schnauzy had her annual physical a few weeks ago and they approved all of the preventive care with no questions asked. Then a couple of weeks later my schnauzy tested positive for a parasite and Spot approved payment for my claim within two days of submitting it with no questions asked. I looked into several different pet insurances, and I don't regret my decision in choosing Spot Pet Insurance.

Trupanion is so very responsive
Trupanion is so very responsive. My 4 yr old was diagnosed with IMHA. They turned the approval around for his treatment so quickly. The staff is awesome also!!

Everytime I file a claim I have to…
Everytime I file a claim I have to submit an appeal. They never fully read the paper and draw the conclusion that my dog has a chronic condition so when I get blood drawn its not for funsies

Fast and convenient
Fast, convenient claims processing! When I did have a hiccup, it was easy to get a hold of their customer service line and get it fixed. Got my payout 2 days later!

Very disappointed
They were very fast paying our first bill but now they keep asking for more paper work from our Vet. I have sent ALL the paperwork our vet has on Otis, he is only 1 and this is our second claim. I have sent in the paperwork 5 times. We are about to cancel this!
