I carry an accident policy only, and I submitted my first claim and felt like it was very easy to do. I heard back within an week and felt that was very reasonable.

My claim was processed
My claim was processed very quickly. I am very happy with how easy it was. While sitting in the vet s office, I had a conversation with two other pet owners who overheard my conversation with the receptionist (I had taken my cat in for a booster shot). I had been telling the receptionist that I had received a payment from Trupanion and was surprised at how easy and fast it was. The other two pet owners picked up Trupanion paperwork which the vet had in his waiting room. My neighbor also asked for the name of the pet insurance for a friend of hers.

My experience with Trupanion has been wonderful
My experience with Trupanion has been wonderful. My dog has a number of chronic issues that I wouldn't t have been able to afford if it weren't t for my coverage with Trupanion. The clinic I go to direct bills so I only have to pay my small portion and it only takes about 5 minutes or less. Trupanion has been a lifesaver for my little dog! I would definitely recommend them!

I got insurance for my pure bred Bernese mt puppy, thinking I would never have to use it but unfortunately he became ill and I did have to put him down at 10m old due to kidney failure but it was so nice to know I could do everything I could try to help save him before making that decision, trupanion staff where very easy to work with and the claims where reviewed in a Timely manner, I will definitely be getting Insurance on our next pup. Thank you trupanion.
