It's a relief to know my pet is cover by a great reliable insurance company.
We have nothing but good things to say about this company. We have submitted several claims and they have paid us quickly. I have called about several questions and they were extremely nice on the phone and made sure to answer any questions I had. They were highly recommended by my vets office and I can certainly see why.

Trupanion is fantastic!
When I signed up for Trupanion I hoped that I would never have to use the insurance, unfortunately as it turns out, my dog is a bit of a lemon. Trupanion has been a life saver for me dealing with two major surgeries, they have been quick to process the claims and have been totally fair with what they cover. This is the only insurance company that I have ever actively recommend to people! Thank you Trupanion!

Agent was great
Smokey had a benign skin tumor (skin tag) on his mouth that he kept biting and it was bleeding so we brought him in to have it removed. He's also been having trouble with springtime allergies - I called because I forgot to add info to the claim about the allergies because I was focused on the surgery component. I also wasn't sure what, exactly, was covered. Your agent was great and helped me with all my questions as pet insurance processing is new to me!
