PetsBest has been a life saver
PetsBest has been a life saver for us. We are having financial issues so when are little cat Toby took ill with multiple issues we were concerned on how we would pay. I called PetsBest best several times about different medical issues over the past several months and every person I have spoken with has been amazing. The site is user friendly. I'm kept up to date on processing thru timely emails. I'm also flagged promptly when there are processing delays. Haven't reached my deductible yet so can't give feedback on the payment process. Overall I am very satisfied.

Excellent customer service
Have had this insurance since my Lainie -15 year old golden - was a couple month old. She's had ACL surgery, eye surgery, suspicious lumps removed and now kidney disease. Customer service has always been great.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws! easy to submit claims AND quick turnaround
My english bulldog Hendrix has had many medical issues since he was born, initially i had another insurance and non of the early procedures were covered because they were all deemed breed specific and hereditary. Thankfully after this i switched to Healthy Paws, their plan is straight forward and submitting a claim is easy via the app. That's right, an app and NOT forms to fill out. Without Healthy Paws my dog Hendrix wouldn't be doing as well as he is now. I'm very grateful for Healthy Paws ;-)

I'm so grateful that I chose ASPCA for pet insurance!
ASPCA has helped me provide the care that my two little female dachshunds need from their veterinarian. ASPCA's online system to submit claims is very easy to use too, for which I'm very thankful. On top of that, their customer service is wonderful -whenever I call they always ask about the little girls. I feel that they genuinely care for them. I highly recommend using ASPCA for your loved pet!
