Couldn't be happier!
We've had this insurance for almost 2 years & I couldn't be happier! Due to the volume of claims it took a little longer but it was communicated clearly which I appreciated and my claim was still processed and paid within 10 days. It's great customer service. I absolutely love Pets Best. Because they covered the allergy test I know my baby girl is allergic to rice, peas & flaxseed so I can work on getting her better. Hopefully this means fewer upset stomachs & less itching. Thank you!!!!

Easy and painless
I love the ease of being able to take a snap shot of my invoice and submit that right away for review. Then the process was quick and I received my money directly into my bank account in about a week from start to finish. Going over the claim and understanding why I was reimbursed what I was and why was easy to understand and review based on my own policy. This was my very first claim I have submitted for my boy and hope I don't have to do to many but if I do I'm glad to know how easy and painless the process is.

Better than expected
As we were new to Pets Best and our dog was visiting a new Vet Clinic since we had just moved. It took a little while to get all our records from our previous Vet. But, once we received the previous Vet information. It seemed like our claim was reviewed in a timely manner and quickly processed. As of right now I'm quite pleased with Pets Best insurance for my two dogs.
