Too Late to hear a response
It should not take over 5 minutes of waiting to hear back from Trupanion when I have to sit at the vet office.. I had to wait like 20 minutes. Finally the receptionist had to call Trupainion and then they had to email the confirmation to my vet office.

We're in the first year of having coverage with Nationwide pet insurance. My experience with them so far has been great. We recently filed our second claim for the year and the submittal process has been smooth and pretty quick. Explanations over the phone and in the claim are easy and clear to understand. Their website is very good and intuitive to navigate as well.

Great Pet Insurance
Very quick response time when filing a claim. My only complaint would be when it comes to prescriptions that are monthly that you need the vet to send the prescription. Flea and tick and heart worm never change and need to be taken monthly so don’t understand why it’s so hard to file for that. Other wise very grateful for this insurance and the customer service people have been very helpful and friendly. Thank you
