Get Trupanion for your dog.
As always, Trupanion is the best! When you adopt a dog, there is no way to foresee what kinds of problems you'll be facing down the road. I can assure you Thor would not be here with us anymore if it wasn't for Trupanion by our side at every step of our journey.

3 pets with AKC Insurance - and they never fail me!!
I have been with AKC Pet Insurance since 2008- they have insured many of my dogs for years. I would never consider changing to another carrier. They always have my pets best interest at heart. They really hire the best people ~ when you call in they are attentive and caring. They make suggestions and never get upset with the amount of questions you might have. Always a great experience. Won’t answer emails or phone.
I’ve tried to get ahold of them through the app, email, and phone. No one has gotten back to me, and their phone number just hangs up when you try to call them. They keep emailing me asking for my pet’s medical history which I’ve given them multiple times. Yet the claim doesn’t get updated, and I keep getting the same email. This has been going on for over a month.
