Great Experience Purchasing Pet Insurance
Amanda was great! She explained details about my existing plan and the new one I was looking for today. She was very pleasant and easy to talk with; she was very knowledgeable about all the details for each plan that is offered thought Fetch Pet Insuance. I should have called when I took out insurance on my 1st pet, I did it online and that was easy too, but talking with someone was much better!

Make a claim and they'll cancel your policy
I made a claim on my home insurance, they sent out a guy to take a look. After a few weeks we decided not to move forward with the claim, however because we had asked for a review - they have now declined to continue insuring us when we move house. After 4 years, I have to leave them ... because I made a claim. And yes, they replied saying contact them - I did, FOUR times. Over 3 weeks to get the answer - their agents are personable and friendly but bound by insane policies (and most of them also don't email you back as per promises!)

Amazing service so Far!
Peanut was recently diagnosed with gallstones and I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Submitting claims and reimbursement has been a braze and I was able to also get preapproval for her surgery. This has been my experience and I hope that you experience the same thing that I am.

Extremely efficient
Extremely efficient. I had submitted for pre approval an estimate for dental cleaning. Then when the cleaning was done and she was under anesthetic they found large tumor which was also removed. When I submitted the final bill with the extra charge, it was so great that you didn’t argue about the tumor removal. Pumpkin actually recorded, approved, and reimbursed me within an hour of submission of claim. Was amazing and impressive. I had used pumpkin for a claim maybe 4 yrs ago and I don’t know if Pumpkin has become more efficient or since I had also switched vets, my new vets office provides better invoices but this time was a 10 star experience. Thank you
