Good insurance program but website is a bit rough

Good insurance program. They have paid out fairly and payments are timely. There were some hiccups with the on line claims this time so it took time and patience to get the money to my account.

Because of the compassion that was shown when our Callie at less than a year became deathly sick.lcould not be thankful enough for the understanding and quick response of Trupanion to help financially and without any hassles. Peace of mind for your pet

We are so happy we got pet insurance for our 13 year old cat Jake. Of course there were years with no claims. But then so many health issues all at once. ASPCA was great with service and claims. The peace of mind of being able to make sure our kitty was taken care of without worrying about the cost was such a blessing. Thank you.
