You don't expect a puppy to get sick, but when he did, I was so thankful we had this pet Insurance! Nationwide made the process fairly easy and checks were sent to us in a reasonable time frame. Very happy with this Insurance!

We purchased Embrace accident and wellness pet insurance when our dog was a puppy. Unfortunately, our dog aged and became so sick that we had to euthanize him. Embrace was caring, courteous and provided prompt service every time that we had a claim or needed customer service. We received a sympathy card handwritten from Embrace's staff members. It meant so much to us to receive personalized service in today's marketplace. Embrace made us feel like we were a team and not a commodity. We are eternally grateful. We definitely recommend Embrace pet insurance to everyone and will use it again if we get another pet. Thank you so much.
