Love Embrace Pet Insurance Customer Service, Pricing and ease of submitting a claim. When my wonderful Sherlock passed away, Embraced prorated and refunded his month premium payment without me having to ask. They also sent a very heartfelt condolences card. They made dealing with his final bills very easy at a time I needed it most. Thank you.

Loretta was awesome
I called to check on EOBs for a claim. I spoke with Loretta, who first asked about the well-being of my pets. That is the way to start the conversation! Then, she was extremely kind and helpful. She gave me information beyond what I was looking for. She chatted with me about my pets, and her pets. She did not, at any time, try to rush me off the phone. She acted like talking to me was the best thing in the world. I really enjoyed her.

I am extremely happy with the service I have received over the years from BPI and now with Nationwide.
Sundance is my 4th boxer covered by Nationwide (VPI). I have been extremely happy with the care I have received. It is a good feeling to know my boxers can receive excellent veterinary care and know that my claims will be reviewed and paid in a timely manner. I sometimes brag that my dogs have better medical insurance than my friends with their own medical insurance. Thank you.

Our dog survived and so did our finances
After spending weeks of not knowing if our dog was going to pull through a new, sudden illness, the last thing on our minds were the very large ICU bills piling up. And once they did, we were even more stressed and devastated. Luckily Trupanion helped cover most of the costs so we could get our guy the care and medications he needed and still may need for some time. We feel very lucky to have the option of pet insurance from Trupanion.

Alan the customer service rep I chatted with today was very helpful and was able to extend my payment after my wife was laid off due to COVID-19.
Alan, the customer service rep I chatted with today, was very helpful and was able to extend my payment after my wife was laid off due to COVID-19. I could tell from his answers that they weren't pre-written answers, but he truly cared about me as a customer and wanted to make sure my family was taken care of and that we stayed healthy during these troubling times. I've never had an issue with Trupanion in the first place, but this is the first time I've had to reach out to their customer service. I can't recommend them enough, especially compared to other companies in different industries that give so little in terms of customer service.

I had very good experience. Cheri,who was the Representative I spoke with, was very informative and helpful. All my needs and questions were answered. I also learned a lot about our Pet insurance that I didn't realize how much is covered under the policy. I actually just recommend Trupanion to a friend. Said it's one of the top Pet insurance carriers. Thanks for all your help!
