Claims are very easy to process, and every time I have contacted customer service, I've received outstanding service!
The website is very easy to use as well as filing claims electronically. My claims have always been processed on time and without any issues. What I like best about ASPCA Pet Insurance is the friendly people in customer service. They are well-trained, polite and always ask about my pet by name. It's a personalized, friendly service!
