Patience is key!
My claim took a bit longer than 30 days to process which was frustrating, but the call reps I spoke with throughout the process were very nice. Once my claim processed, I was surprised at how much I got reimbursed. I’ve had Nationwide Pet Insurance for only 2 months now, and i’ve saved hundreds with only TWO vet visits. Definitely worth it!

wonderful!
no surprises- coverages/reimbursements have been as expected. customer service was very nice and helpful when i was missing a check. only improvement: claim submission and EOB review could be more user friendly. submission is relatively easy via VitusVet app, but would be nice to see it integrated with the Nationwide platform for easier record keeping and access.
