As a first time pet insurance customer, I was expecting a more complicated process. However, submitting the claim was super easy and the response was speedy and throrough. Plus, they cared enough to check back to see how Ruby was doing! I've said to myself in the past, "I should have gotten pet insurance!" and now i can say that i'm happy i did. Unexpected things come up and it's reassuring to know that "Nationwide is on your side!" :)

Trupanion is the best
My dog needed surgery for R RUPTURED ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT and developed aspiration pneumonia post-op. I was very stressed and the Trupanion service representative was compassionate. Most importantly, they handled the claims quickly and efficiently.
