Amazing Customer Service
Our Family has been with embrace pet Insurance for five years now. We’ve had four pets insured through them and everything has always been very easy. They have always been very thorough. They’re always extremely friendly and knowledgable on the phone. We even had a pet pass away and without any questions asked they prorated the rest of the year. Submitting paperwork is super easy. No hassles, they stand up for their company. Highly recommend!

We like the way we are able to submit claims on the website. The speed of processing the claim is so much faster now than before. We love knowing that Coco has coverage with a company who truly cares about the little 4 legged child in our lives. Healthy Paws paid out a very large claim for surgery my dog needed. The process was very easy. It was reviewed quickly and I had the check within a week. The app is user friendly as well. Very happy!
