I called to cancel my insurance and the woman on the phone was so empathetic and understanding. She canceled my coverage right away and was so sweet about my situation. Customer service was outstanding and I am so appreciative for the care and understanding.

The first product or service I've purchased through Costco that I regretted. I'll be contacting Costco to let them know what a disappointment it is to be associated with this company. My claim was denied because of a "pre-existing" condition that I wasn't aware of. After years of paying for pet insurance, the first time I actually needed coverage it was denied. These companies are happy when you're paying your premiums but turn their backs on you when it's time for money to be paid back. The one time I actually tried to use this insurance they failed me. Avoid at all costs.
