I've noticed in the past few months that you reply time has been much faster. I always mail in my claims and get my explanation of benefits and, if applicable, my benefit check in a short period of time. In this day and time, I find that most helpful. This insurance is certainly a life saver. Trupanion is always there to support me and my dog. Of course there are times that claims will not covered but when they are I have had nothing but 100% complete satisfaction from the staff and this company. Thank you so much.

Friendly customer service
I'm happy with their customer service, they are always friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The claim process takes a while, which usually does, but compared to other insurances, they seem to be a little faster, even during this pandemic.
