So far trupanion has lived up to what is advertises it does. I have not been caught up in any ready tape thus far. Let's see what happens with this claim. In a nutshell it was pleasant to get a person on the phone Sunday afternoon at 4pm.

Occasionally it can take a bit longer to get escalated responses/troubleshooting done, but staff is helpful and does get everything addressed eventually. I have worked with other pet insurance companies previously and even with the occasional delay in response time Trupanion is light years ahead in ease of use, clarity of policies and timely reimbursement.
