Literally Lifesaving
I've been using Pets Best for almost 5 years and they have been life saving. I literally don't think my dog, Keegan, would still be alive without Pets Best. He was born with a congenital heart defect (that wasn't diagnosed until he was 4 months old). He has had 4 heart surgeries since and constant rechecks and daily medications. Pets Best has been with us through it all and they haven't increased his premium due to his many claims. Additionally, they have been helping us with my senior cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer, chronic kidney disease, and irritable bowel disease (YIKES). My animals are able to get the care they deserve since we don't have to focus on the money as much. Also, lately their claim processing has been really quick which was my only previous complaint with them. Gold stars from me! We are thoroughly grateful for Pets Best!

We got a new kitty and I got pet insurance with Hartville just in case. I never expected to have to use it until his older age, but unfortunately he got very ill and the vet bills were seriously daunting if it hadn't been for the peace of mind of insurance. Hartville processed the claim smoothly and we got reimbursed per our policy. I am so grateful for the relief that we were able to provide our kitty the care he needed without worrying about huge vet bills.

Healthy Paws 🐾 customer service was great, I really appreciated Michelle’s help. My pets have got older and my coverage decreased from 90-70% and my copay doubled but she explained that though Healthy Paws want to provide coverage the high level I was used to, it was no longer available for pets if my pet’s age. I understand the business model. I was disappointed however I have to say that my experiences with HP has been incredible - I receive refunds in days not weeks and the convenience and stellar service is worth every penny and even at 70% coverage I know I have a good deal. HP have my loyalty and Michelle 5-stars! Thank you for being there to help us through some turbulent pet woes and surgeries! :)
