Submitting a claim
I submitted a claim for processing and received an email saying the claim was received and was being processed. Within two days, I received another email saying how much money we would be received via Zelle and we did! It was so easy, direct and uncomplicated and I would recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to friends and family members. Thank you, MetLife!

Never had pet insurance before
Never had pet insurance before. But everything went smoothly for Joe's surgery and so did Fetch insurance when I submitted Joe's health records and the bill for the surgery. I was reimbursed within 5 days. They were very patient with me and explained Joe's coverage so I understood everything Joe was covered for. I would definitely recommend this insurance.

Fast and eaay
I am not a huge proponent of personless customer service generally but in the case of getting new Maranda this was so much quicker and easier. Having to listen to a customer service rep read through every clause and option is absolutely brutal, especially when I just need simple coverage. Sonnet was the answer to my prayers.
