Good service
Although, I have opted to have 90% reimbursement & $250 deductible I find it a expensive. That' why it didn't get 5 stars. Otherwise, no problem getting reimbursed & customer service is good 👍🏻

Great pet Insurance
We have had Spot insurance for 2 years. This year was the first time having to use it when I dog got ill a couple weeks ago and into up at the Emergency vet. We filled our claim and got reimbursed seamlessly. It brings comfort having both our dogs covered.
