Claim denied - No explanation
Submitted a claim and got an email to check status. It says it was denied but there is no explanation as to why. Really has made me second guess having the policy and if I will continue it.

I submitted claim for paid invoice of an abdominal ultrasound, pleasantly surprised on how quick the claim was approved & paid ! A different invoice for paid prescription medication refill took much longer. I initiated chat & asked for a live agent but never got connected, was told someone would be with me soon….but no one did. Eventually that invoice got approved.

They are quick to get reports from the vet and issue payments. I gave four stars because there were issues with making payments to me. They would show that the claim would be paid but no payment was issued and they close the claim. I’d have to follow up and then payment was issued.
