Like any insurance company you have to go back and forth with them on claims.
Like any insurance company you have to go back and forth with them on claims. My dog had a couple of issues around the same time but somehow got lumped together making it appear that it was a pre-exsiting condition. Now I'm running around trying to get doctors to fill out appeal forms. No fun.

It's a good program for younger dogs.
It's a good program for younger dogs. Mine are 23 and 14, under a $1000 deductble. Not really working for us since they have some long term pre-existing conditions. And with a nearly doubling if our premiums coming in March, we will drop the plan.

Well I actually called in my monthly payments which I did do.
Well I actually called in my monthly payments which I did do.Buy then Karly asked how were my dogs ELMO, HAPPY & PEEBLES doing, not to well Pebbles needs to see an apthomologist and she asked if I needed claim forms and if I need any info about how the coverage works not to hesitate and to please call back @ any time. KARLY was very pleasant, concerned and helpful about Pebbles @ a time when I needed to here some kind and knowlegable words thank You a much Karly.

Convenient, Honest, and Caring
I did a lot of research before deciding on Healthy Paws, and I made the right choice for so many reasons. 1) Their app is the best thing going. So easy! Just take a picture of the receipt and click Submit. 2) They pay quickly. I usually have my check within a week. And no bs about what is and isn't covered. They're very clear. 3) They do an excellent job of feeling like you and your pet matter. Follow up emails sound like they were written by a human, and always include my cat's name. I'm sure they send tons of these emails every day, and yet I feel like they truly care about my cat.

I'm blessed to have Pets Best insurance, don't have to worry if my dog sick, she is covered !
This was my first time having to use my pet insurance.I called was I was at the imaging office on what I need to do, the customer person was helpful & kind. She gave me options on how to send the to Pets Best & she empathize with regarding my dog Madison. I know pet owners sometimes have to choose to take care their pets when the get & it can get very expensive, So who ever came up with pet insurance I thank them !!!!
