My Nikki is in great hands with her doctor and insurance!
My veterinarian recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance and they have been a great partner. If I have questions, they are answered promptly and fully. Coverage has been good. Sometimes a little hard to figure out how things are covered but a phone call has done the trick.

Exactly what I expected

Like any insurance company you have to go back and forth with them on claims.
Like any insurance company you have to go back and forth with them on claims. My dog had a couple of issues around the same time but somehow got lumped together making it appear that it was a pre-exsiting condition. Now I'm running around trying to get doctors to fill out appeal forms. No fun.

It's a good program for younger dogs.
It's a good program for younger dogs. Mine are 23 and 14, under a $1000 deductble. Not really working for us since they have some long term pre-existing conditions. And with a nearly doubling if our premiums coming in March, we will drop the plan.

Well I actually called in my monthly payments which I did do.
Well I actually called in my monthly payments which I did do.Buy then Karly asked how were my dogs ELMO, HAPPY & PEEBLES doing, not to well Pebbles needs to see an apthomologist and she asked if I needed claim forms and if I need any info about how the coverage works not to hesitate and to please call back @ any time. KARLY was very pleasant, concerned and helpful about Pebbles @ a time when I needed to here some kind and knowlegable words thank You a much Karly.
